After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing information about joining the meeting, please save that link to your calendar.
Please note: We will email the link again on the meeting day at 4pm to all registered participants.

Ordinary and voting Associate members who are unable to attend are encouraged to appoint another member as a proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxies must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Proxies who attend the meeting will be noted and confirmed at the commencement. If having submitted a proxy form, you subsequently attend the meeting your proxy will be revoked.
